The Strategic Compute Reserve is Axe Compute's operational reserve of AI infrastructure assets, held on the balance sheet and deployed directly into the company's enterprise GPU business. It is not a passive treasury position. It is a purpose-built reserve that funds the GPU capacity Axe Compute delivers to enterprise clients.

What it does

The reserve gives Axe Compute a dedicated, additive source of capital for acquiring AI infrastructure, scaling purchasing power in step with enterprise demand without relying solely on operating cash flow or incremental debt.

How it works

The reserve holds AI infrastructure reserve assets that unlock on a published schedule. As those reserve assets become accessible, Axe Compute converts them, at prevailing market rates, into bare-metal GPU capacity (NVIDIA H100s, H200s, Blackwell B300s, and other architectures matched to enterprise workloads) and deploys that capacity to clients across 200+ global locations in 93 countries.
